一つ一つ手作業で大変細かい小札を糸で※威（おど）し、胴の中心と袖に緋色の糸で日の丸を模っています。
この日の丸の形状が完成に至るまでは、約１０年間の試行錯誤の連続で、親子三代に渡りようやく完成した技術です。
通常のボトルアーマーの４倍もの工数を有します。
